We watch most of the games from our own houses....except when the Big Blue Wildcats are on...then we gather at our parents house and watch it....Its a great time for my sister who lives in OHIO(yet has a big UK flag in her yard) to come down and root for our boys...We are big basketball fans!! We usually just do finger foods and all chip in with my mom who loves to spoil us cooking the main dish. Its a great way to get us all together...Gotta love them CATS!!
  • robinsutherland
Depending on what time the CATS play, we eat dinner, then make popcorn and snacks just in time to enjoy the game!
  • Taysmom
Who has time to cook dinner? We usually eat out or make something quick and easy!
  • kellyecc
My brother and I are in Saudi Arabia this year so we stay up all night and watch basketball - trying to be quiet so we don't wake the house up is hard when the Cats are on!! The funniest so far is watching the SEC tournament that wasn't on TV or internet here. We had a skype video call with my parents in Lexington and they pointed their camera at the TV. Classic!!
  • loriwelborn
Pizza definitely!!!!!Sitting in the living room cheering for UK!!!GO CATS!!!!!
  • taylorwright
I'd have to say, mom takes care of dad and I on gameday. She always prepares a great meal and we eat in the living room haha Because nobody wants to miss a moment of UK basketball. It's a great time!!
  • michelle1989
We order pizza and have Grippos and Ale8's. A great combination!
  • makinman
It really doesn't matter what we eat...The tradition just demands that it be finished BEFORE tipoff time. So, we start up the grill early and enjoy the game together.
  • TANYA
we eat dinner at the table milk(choc, srawberry, carm. ehatever the kids want) and while the games is on we eat snacks while we yell aat the tv and cheer the KENTUCKY WILDCATS on GO BIG BLUE
  • andreacoomer
No UK game is complete without chips and salsa from Casa Grande!
  • rhondahoneycutt
My brother in law cooks........No pizza for us....He is an awesome cook. He fixes fried ribs and chicken rolled in a special season that he makes himself, the best baked beans in the world and usually some type of potatoes........We eat, watch the game and yell for our Cats......Life is great!!!We all wear our Blue. My 9 year old niece has on her Wildcat cheerleading outfit..It is a great time with my family together....My son graduates high school this year so he is all excited about going to UK himself.....I am a very proud mama!!!Go Big Blue!!!
  • babyjadesmom
My family and I cook dinner....it is always different things, maybe we will grill out, cook casseroles or something major like that. What I love about watching the games with my family is that you wouldnt get anymore excited if you were actually at the game itself. They cheer just like those Wildcats can hear them.....including myself!!!! I think Kentucky basketball is the greatest!!!!
  • tonyasmith
We all sit around the TV eating pizza, chips and dip, and Junk food, and cheer for the CATS with great friends!!!!!! And of course it wouldn't be complete without my four year old doing the John Wall Dance, and my 1 year old clapping ...we have to start them young to bleed blue :)
  • cabjo
Take out in front of the TV!
  • jeannestewart

When it comes to March Madness family dining traditions, it's don the Wildcat gear and sit in front of the T.V. eating takeout and snacks. Go Big Blue!! ;-)
  • manda40475
No real tradition here. Last night we were at my mom's with a home cooked meal. Tonight will be fast food.
  • jennywallace
My family loves to get our pizza from Giovanni's and breadsticks with cheese and everyone gets in their favorite spot to watch the game . Chips and salsa later on are always a plus too .

    GO BIG BLUE ! ! ! !
  • tammiedillard
we put on our Cat attire, order pizza or grill burgers depending on the weather outside and scream really loud (of course my husband is from florida, so doesn't get into the UK games as the rest of us, but it's all good)!!! Let's go all the way!!!
  • michelletodd
We usually have a dinner of appetizers. I fix deviled eggs, macaroni salad, lil smokies, there is nachos, chips and dip. Of course in KY you gotta have beer cheese so there is more than enough to go around. I also have the stuff to make sandwiches. Nothing better than a country ham sandwich and an ale-8 to wach it down with. We have friends over and watch the games with our friends and all the kids.
  • lisabroaddus
We eat around the table, no matter what. DVR comes in handy if need be.
  • vickisammons
